Since the initial release of PureCloud, Genesys has added the ability to route ACD Email, Chat and Social Media interactions.  From a contact center or administrator point of view, we will walk through the agent experience and administration of these queues.  We will also visit Performance Reporting.

By the end of the session you will be able to:

-Add email, Chat or Twitter listener to any queue

-View the Agent/Customer Experience

-Manage and monitor your ACD Email, Chat and Social Media Queues

Note: Knowledge of PureCloud Administrator is encouraged to fully benefit from this course.
